Is there a way to make your in-game cursor smaller?

I've watched pro players play on streams and their in-game cursor is kinda small. My default cursor is too big and it affects my gameplay.

Sometimes my cursor glitches out and goes to default windows cursor. Whenever this happens, I actually feel so much more comfortable and perform better. I wish I could just play with that the entire time.

Same thing happens to me lol. I think it happens by going into other Windows.
