Disappointed about rank

I've been playing rank for 3 weeks and failed 4 times of promos to plat 1. Every time I won 3 in a role and got to the promo. My teammates fed af. They couldn't even wait until mid game. They kept feeding like 1/8, 3/12 , 1/12/0 or even harder. Is there a way that I can write to riot to ask how can I get to diamond with these hard teammates. I'm really disappointed with rank game, I guess I will stop playing rank and quit league one day soon. Just some complains.

This is league of legends, everyone gets bad teams when they need good ones. If you are deserving to rank up then you will learn how to establish a strong enough lead before the game gets to that point, everyone's team is bad your complaint is a literal meme
