Why Doesn't Riot fix this?

Me and my buddy play this game when we get the chance. However lately his Leagues has been freezing on him and locking up his computer. We ran the repair and did our best to solve the situation but it keeps happening. I wouldn't rave about this but thanks to Leave Buster being down right stupid, its dishing out timers to those who do not deserve it. He rejoins the game as soon as he can, and works around what he has. NO OTHER game does this on his computer except Leagues. If anything the Leave Buster needs to be redone so it can detect stuff like that or at least ASK if they are deliberately leaving when they return or something. After all I get the point of it, is to keep individuals who (has no place playing in the first place) like to just abandon ship like a 12 year old sniped on Fortnite. If only there was a way for it to determine if the player actually pressed esc, and left or the client itself was the issue. Thinking more on it, this is a rather difficult situation to solve in all honesty.
