I feel like his barrels have way to much utility added into them. Huge zone control, along with a slow and a 30% speed up, all of that on top of the huge damage they deal by proccing crits and triforce into aoe 50% armor ignoring blast of death. His ult is also very strong now and with the barrels I feel hes a little overwhelming. Do people feel the same way or do I just personally hate him?

His ult is VERY powerfull now, but to be honest i kinda see it as recompense for having a terrible one before (cant even tell you how many times ive used it to finish off someone recalling, and every single cannonball missed as they walked out)
His barrels are strong indeed, however being the cornerstone of his kit makes nerfing them a bit tricky
Overall i agree he is slightly stronger than he need/should be, but if you find yourself struggling against him, try play Riven/Fiora/Illaoi/Irelia against him
