Stealing a champ, role, and then not communicating is reportable right?

It's completely not okay to ignore somebody who has signaled that they want to play a champ, say in chat that they would like to try out said champion, and then get ignored while first pick takes the champ, and gets summs picked for the role I intended to play that champ in, and then when that person picks a champ for the role they were given off of free week because they don't respond when you ask what they have so you can trade, and then don't trade when you offer, and then proceed to play your role while you play theirs, and then call you a feeder post game after you play like shit because it's your worst role and you were tilted because you had to deal with their assholery, that's is completely and totally reportable, right?

If this was draft pick then yes its bannable to steal someone else lane that was assigned to them by the system. If it was blind pick then you are out of luck with the champ select stuff, however if he was negative to you in game then you could report for that.

Yes, it is. However, if this is happening in ranked, I recommend dodging.
