Can I buy both and have 35% armor penetration + 25% armor penetration = 60%? It doesn't state in the description of the item that you have to buy one, nor it says so on the wiki page.

LDR and mortal reminder have a named unique passive: Last whisper.

If two items have the same named passive they dont stack, for example item 3143 item 3075 both have "cold steel" so the aa speed slow doesn't stack.

If they were an UNNAMED unique passive like item 3067 & item 3108 CDR then they would stack as long as its not two exact same items. (two kindlegems wont give 20%cdr)

Its the same reason void staff and guinsoos pen dont stack.

You could stack it with Lethality and BC.
