Why has this champ not been buffed weak overall in every elo . 49% in bronze and no one in master tier in any major region as this champ as a main/common pick for them . He also is bad at everylane in the game his best is mid at a 45% winrate which is terrible .

Master Yi's game play is horrendously toxic. He goes from weak as shit to the easiest multi-kill champ in the game, assuming he isn't facing a wall of hard cc with no tank to help him.

NA jungle winrate is 50% in bronze.
in silver and gold it is 49%... in plat and diamond it goes down to 47%

Master Yi needs his late game nerfed quite a bit if he wants to have a higher winrate. Winrates are usually determined by champ's early and midgame, so it is only natural he has a low winrate right now where lategame is hard to reach.
If Riot decides to buff him, he needs to have his lategame nerfed.
yi is a weird champion. people (mostly in lower divisions from what ive read on the boards thus far) like to claim hes brain dead. in reality you have to be 2 or 3 times as mechanically skilled as your opponent to play him effectively.
ive seen very few yis who are agood enough to play the champion as more than a clean up bot.
Are you really asking for buffs for a guy immune to slows with scaling true damage and resets? Why would you ask for that? Master Yi is fine. Much like Old Shaco he takes advantage of inexperienced players who just dump their CC all over instead of hardfocusing him to blow him up instantly. That's why he's considered a low elo stomper. Which he is. People in bronze/silver will whine and complain about him as they use everything on the tank instead of yi

He probably needs a rework. He's an older champ and outside of a number tweak, I don't see riot doing anything for him in the near future.
