AFK problem

Riot is there no way you can compensate those of us who respect the game but get stuck with AFK-ing trolls? Can you nullify the loss of IP or could we be given RP for this? If there were a way to justify AFK players without punishing the other team players then loss of RP shouldn't effect the true players. Please do Consider.

...also I've never started a discussion before so forgive me if this is an inappropriate method of Reporting a complaint, but eh this could be a nice conversation starter.
