show everyone's grades
Riot should make it show you can mouse over players in the end-game lobby and see their grades

being able to see everyone's grades only encourages bad behavior. I don't see any positive up-side to it
Why? nothing positive comes out of knowing other peoples grades, unless you want to use it to de-grade/insult them.
