new Draftpick and blindpick are frustrating

I have never really played much ranked. I was more of a Teambuilder person so i can just play what i want ad where i want. But now i actually leave champ select more often than before just because i couldnt play what i wanted. In the new Draft i am getting my sec role way too often. I dont mind it too much when playing ranked but when playing normals(which is what i normally do or did) its just really frustrating if you are not able to play what you want. And honestly Blindbick just sucks if you are not at least 4 premade. Often times i just find myself not really enjoying the game because i couldnt play what i want, and that just sucks. I really want to play the game but i want to play it my way. And that includes beeing able to choose where i can go. The only way i can pretty much always enjoy playing is with a friend, but there is not always someone to play and talk with.

Has anyone made similar experiences? And would you bring teambuilder back?
