patch 6.3's update nerfed ryze and now even though his passive is still like the original one but it has changed completely he is ment to be like a machine gun that throws out spells but now they made that unable to make a continuous combo he was originally hard to play already and can mess up his combo but now riot changed it to he can only have it work 5 times every passive and this really sucks wish riot actually change ryze back to the old one but low the ratio and base damage a bit

Just done 39 kills as him, don't tell Riot so they don't nerf him again, but...starting the spell chain with W allows you to W twice aswell as reducing the CD's the fastest way, at level 11 you can chain 2 ults without ending the first one. Just go W-E-Q-W-Q-E-W and add R there if you are 6 or above! But as i told you, don't tell Riot, Ryze can still be played and they wouldn't like it ;)
