Tanks And Juggernauts need % damage reduction

First of all as a tank main im playing since season 6 and i can say when overall damage was not to much league of legends was so fun we can be a tank but when runes reforged tanks died because you can get defensive choice in season 6 and 7 now we cant get defensive rune except (conditioning grasp aftershock) and fighters and assasins has so much offensive stats on season 8 now season 9 tanks are just a garbage runes are garbage we cant get any defenses soraka can melt you if she build ad how riot fix this my opinions are

1st:add tanks %20 juggernauts %10 damage reduction

2nd:add secondary defensive rune there are only one defensive rune its resolve and i thing its trash

3rd:upgrade tank item stats example item 3110 :140 armor 250 hp item 3193 :80 armor 80 magic resistance item 3143 : 600 hp 80 armor item 3742 : 700 hp 70 armor item 3075 : 400 hp 100 armor item 3065 :600 hp 60 mr

4th:Just decrease the damage ......

5th:add item 1054 old passive:FLAT DAMAGE REDUCTION

Honestly I would just like if aftershock gave % damage reduction(maybe scales with resist) making it not completely invalidated by penetration or (nor) more effective on squishies than tanky champs. Also means that malphite/rammus can't get insane damage from the scaling like aftershock V1 had.

Edit. Also revert overgrowth, i don't even take it on cho,sion anymore. Squishies don't take it either because the rest of the tree sucks anyway, unless ur liss.

% Damage reduction is cancer. It should not exist in the game. It will only make True Damage more effective than it already is. What Riot needs to do is lower percent penetration and then buff tank items stat value so they are not horrible. The average tank item rests under 90% gold efficient while for offensive items they sit closer to +95% gold efficient.

%damage reduction used to exist through masteries, but anything over 5% is too much.

A juggernaut should not be Able to be nearly as tanky as an actual tank.
