Fiddlesticks is due for a slight buff

I just wanted to say fiddlesticks is due for a slight buff. His jungling ability has decreased steadily over the last couple months (in comparison to the rest of the cast) and some of his more extreme counters (mainly regarding his ult reliant skirmishes) have been getting more troublesome lately (cho'gath, quinn, nocturne, anivia, sion, ahri, etc.) Also somewhat with the items changes since last fid changes (edge of night, duskblade, etc.).

I am not looking for anything extreme (changes to items have some of the biggest impact yet are counterproductive to other champs) rather a slight hp buff if you want us to focus on staying relevant or a slight ap buff if you want us to adopt a more aggressive style.

I am sorry if I have offended anyone by this post, I just wanted to give my 0.02$ and hop back on league.
