So Illaoi

illaoi honestly feels god awful to play as now. i mean before her E was atleast useful as an annoyance for laning. now 10 secs is literally enough to have 2 tentacles spawn and slap at the other champ.. she already had one of the easiest to dodge abilities in the game with both her Q and E since they are so telegraphed.. like rito wtf are you doing.. 2 already destoryed 2 more champs in the MYMU in cass and swain.. like are yall just throwing random buffs/nerfs in a hat and drawing them out to see what you should do? illaoi already needed buffs and yall nerfed her.. and then these changes on pbe are literally gonna do nothing but make her even worse than she is now..
