So this is just a question I have been thinking about for a while. I play both Aatrox and Xin and they both have a type of passive which allows them to heal every 3rd hit.

My question is why is Xin's Heal allowed to be proc'd on turrets while Aatrox's is not? I feel like if Aatrox was allowed to proc on turrets, he would be stronger and in a better state then he is now.

Thoughts?

Because XinZhao heal comes from himself..

Aatrox steals the blood of the enemies, and towers doesn't have blood, do they?

Probs cause Xin is supposed to be a jungler that ganks the poo out of you and then pushes your turret while Aatrox is supposed to be a guy who soloes you in the sliest of ways.
