Rework Fire Dragon?

Personally i find the fire drake to be extremly anti-fun. There is nothing worse than getting behind early and seeing 3 fire dragons spawn in a row, basically guaranteeing the enemy teams victory. None of the other dragons have this frustration factor since they have distinct uses:

• Water gives you out of combat sustain
• Earth givs you objectiv control
• Clown gives you uselessness

But Fire gives you everything. The % dmg leads to the team owning it being better at teamfights, duelling, splittpushing, pushing in general and even objective control which is usually the earth dragons thing.

In my opinion fire dragon needs a change to bring him in line with the other dragons. My first thought was to swap its effect with elder drake since burn looks like an appropriate effect for a fire dragon. Giving it the only duration effect among the dragons would make thematic sense with the eruptive nature of fire and would provide a less frustrating experience with multiple fire dragons.

Tl,dr Make fire less of an allrounder and give him a distinct strengh which would be aggressive play.
