Bard's ult changes needed

I personally think in order for him to become "ok" because he is complete trash atm... his ult needs to deal dmg to enemies and heal allies (keeping the stasis CC, as well as increasing allies armor and magic resist after stasis and reducing enemies armor and magic resist after stasis.... these changes could actually help Bard in a big way even tho it isnt game changing still
