The only nerf yasuo really needs

Is a nerf to the duration of his windwall. One point in and it blocks projectiles for 3.75 seconds. This pretty much means that ADCs and some mages will have to disengage for a full 3.75 seconds or position rather unfavorably. Windwall should be an ability mostly reaction-based, not something that you throw out and hide behind for a full 3.75 seconds because you know that Elise has cocoon up.

Additionally 3.75 seconds from rank one is already extremely long. Throughout the laning phase the most you actually get out of it is less than 2 seconds unless you're using it to freeze the lane by blocking the caster minions for nearly 4 seconds.

Currently, putting a point into windwall only increases it's width and cooldown so it really wouldn't hurt that much to all decrease its duration to scale per level at 2 + .25 seconds for every point beyond 1 invested in windwall (maxing out at a 3 second duration).

Let's just be real here, yasuo dashes to a target, autos, windwall is thrown out, blocks the projectile, and yasuo dashes back to safety while windwall just kinda sits there and does nothing for the rest of the time. It really doesn't need to be there anymore. It served its purpose.

TL;DR: Lower Yauso Windwall duration to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds scaling per rank in windwall.

Also not make it scale by size, it's already very good, size doesn't need to increase.

Or reduce the duration of the windwall by the amount of projectiles it blocks including autoattacks
