Concerning the client... (Mild over-dramatization.)

Everyone has those games where they get stomped and stuff, and tell themselves they'll report a person or two. They're glad the game's over when it is.

Instinctively, they honor the silent one that didn't flame them. Then they leave the lobby.

Completely forgetting to report who abused them so harshly.

....A moment of silence. Then, a click. Then another. And another. League is then uninstalled, and the victim then gets a cardiac arrest.
