A Suggestion to Balance Kalista's Mobility

I see a lot of posts on the forum regarding Kalista's mobility and insane kiting potential. So I was thinking maybe put a CD on her passive. Maybe she can only use it once every 3 seconds or something like that. Just a suggestion ~
