It seems to me that Garen has a lot less damage in teamfights and a less useful ult. Darius also has more lane sustain than Garen before level 11 from his Q healing and manaflow band, and more lane bullying potential. Garen's silence and slightly increased tankiness don't make up the gap. So why has Darius been buffed and Garen not, apart from a tiny health regen buff last patch?
