why does illaoi have global quotes for going back to base?

It's really confusing to me. I cant remember if it's just teamwide or if it's on both teams, but it's very annoying to hear an illaoi spam back to base and hear her talking every two seconds. I think it's pretty dumb riot would make this sound global but not something like a jinx or ezreal ult, not that i would want that but at least those might actually effect you in some way lmao
