Anyone feel extremely laggy even when ping is not that high?

Today after the newest update, I just constantly feel laggy when my ping is around 70ms (which is what I got used to and playable for me before the update), but today it just feels like its 300ms or even higher with a lot of skill cast by teammates and enemies just not showing up in my client side. Also the eternal system is SO ANNOYING!

Yes, I've been like that for a couple of days now and my internet isn't bad at all and none of my roommates are there or using the internet when this happens. I'm glad it's not just me
