SImple way to fix Mordekaiser

As a Mordekaiser player the number one thing i hate about my champ is that : Mordekaiser is a useless walking bag of gold for the enemy team if im not insanely fed . Why is that ? Mordekaiser base stats are far below the average juggernauts . The changes i want to see are not damage buffs or Qol changes , what this champ needs is a straight forward stats buff :

Base mouvement speed : 325 -> 340

Health at lvl 1 and 18 : 530 / 1856 -> 530 / 2000

Armor at lvl 1 and 18 : 29 / 88 -> 36 / 100

Do you know how iit feels to walk up back to top lane with 325ms after a gank where you didn't even over extend and died simply because your opponents had 15 - 20 more base ms than you ? it feels like torture , so whatever you plan for him , at least buff his base ms .

I think these changes are very reasonable , doesn't ask much on riot's side and can improve the feeling of playing Mordekaiser a lot more .
