RITO WHY REMOVE KOG MAW ATTACK SPEED BUFF ON W?????

I swear like 50% of the reason kog maw is being played is because of the attack speed buff, like, how else are you supposed to kill a 500 stack nasus? AND BOOM! Rito goes and removes kog maw's attack speed buff on w. Like you could lower his max hp on hit damage instead, because kog maw's attack speed is just so important to him. Kog Maw's attack speed is much needed because his movement speed is already pretty low and he's extremely squishy. I request that you give kog maw back his much needed attack speed.
