Draven Stacks

I feel like Draven's adoration stacks are bit strong. I always see Draven players become insanely strong just after 1 kill in the bot lane. Plus there is the Kleptomancy rune that people can take, because not having Conqueror or other runes, doesn't really negate any of his damage much at all. I do believe that the amount of gold he gets just from 1 kill (increasing every kill) is very unfair to the other team because of how ahead Draven is. One way to counter that is to dominate him in lane earlier so that he doesn't get any kills, but I think that may be quite hard considering his early damage versus other adc's. I just think his stacks or Kleptomancy should give a little less gold or let his stacks just give him attack speed or damage, just a consideration.
