Could we give kat another nerf, overall she does lots for damage, and her e has such a low cool down that she jumps everywhere like every 2 sec, making it harder to land skill shots and her multi does so much damage in little amounts of time, thanks.

Just learn how her daggers work, she can't jump in any direction like she could before.
The time between jumps goes from 3 seconds to 0.4 seconds from level 1-18. She doesn't make CDR.
If you can't hit her in the 3-2 seconds she has before she jumps again after grabbing a dagger during laning phase, then thats on you. It really just sounds like you have no understanding of how she works.
2 seconds is a long time in close fights. It doesn't take anywhere near that time to land a skillshot on a kat that got in range to hit you with a dagger.
