But who should be complained about and nerfed is

Primordial Burst TARGET RANGE: 650 COST: 100 mana COOLDOWN: 120 / 100 / 80

Active: Veigar blasts the target enemy champion with primordial energy, dealing them magic damage, increased by 0% - 100% (based on target's missing health). 175 / 250 / 325 (+ 75% AP)

^No champion that infinity scales/gets free stats and has super hard hitting abilities with Q and E and a massive AoE 2sec stun should have this. Especially not on a point and click ability.

Honestly the most overloaded and bullshit ability in the game, period.

You mean the ability that is a single click execute on a 2 minute to 80 second cooldown? Is an Ultimate? Even with it he can't oneshot you from fog of war. He can hardly oneshot anyone with it as by definition they would have to be on 100% HP meaning it'll deal less damage.

I mean, if it's point and click deletion you think is op then an easier target to qq about would be Syndra but I guess it's easier to just say "oh gee AP stacking" than actually doing the math.

Veigar definitely needs a nerf. Very little counterplay and I see him flash and kill people with over 50% health way too often and melee champs have way too much trouble getting to him.
