Scripting in higher end gameplay

I've played this game since its launch and I always play in the higher end of the ranked spectrum.

Recently, in perhaps 1/3 ranked games played an ally or opponent will clearly be scripting. Anyone else frustrated with this?

What is Riot going to be doing to remove this from our gameplay experience? Will they do anything?

In my opinion the account and IP address should be banned so they cannot just get another account and do it repeatedly.
