Remake problems.

I don't understand riot. I had a player remain afk from start when they were dc reconnecting. They connected at first i guess but dced before they ever moved. My team was not allowed to /remake after 3 minutes. No one had died and we had a legitimate player that never connected. I felt pretty safe that games were not 4v5 from start anymore but that's still the case I guess.

Edit: Looks like the player got penalized so there is that at least.
