Someone be a savior and explain why ornn 
is considered as "bad".
for someone who's played ornn for 3 weeks, i find him to be really good at being a lane bully and being very optimal in the late game.
so somebody help me understand how this guy aint that good

He isn't considered to be "bad". Where did you hear that?
Some folks have this that tanks should be defensive stat balls who can endure any amount of focused damage regardless of positioning or ability usage.
They behave like death from trying to 1v5 by painfully over extending is shocking becuse they are a tank. Write it off as "I engaged where my fking team!"
Funny how the folks who QQ dont provide the clips with the scores and items.
I love , depending on the match up it can be an even lane or a bully-fest. Either way, he is fun to play and his ultimate can turn the tides of a team fight very easily.
...what people tend to forget is the fact that he can upgrade his teammate's items which is A VERY CONSIDERABLE ADVANTAGE!

Most overpowered toplaner in my opinion. Does Riven tier damage without a single damage item. No, he builds tank and deals the same or more damage as toplaners who build AD/bruiser items. Beats everyone 1x1. (at least everyone I play) Absurd amounts of crowd control. Item buffs for oneself and allies. Absurd ability to buy items without going to base.
