Pro Skill Vs Normies

People are mad about Sejuani right now, and I kinda agree.

Although I don't play her much, I did enjoy her, and my friends also.

We all know she got nerfed for pro play, it is not a secret.

So here is my line of thinking.

Most kits, I think, can be scaled to the skill of the user.

Example, Theoretically Heimerdinger If you load 90% of his damage on turrets basic shots, he becomes super noob friendly.

It would not matter if you landed any skill shots.

If you made the turrets do 10% of his damage, and then when he landed a bomb, or some rockets, BAM! He one shots people, this would make bad Heimerdinger players useless, and SKILLED ones, would win.

Currently he is in the middle, but I am making an extreme example, of how you could balance a kit based on "skill" vs "easy to play"

I am a positive person, who does not rage at balance team, but sometimes I wonder.

Sejuani Is an example.

I think they should have left her ult.

Leave everything.

Make her passive melee and ranged.

Nerf her numbers to compensate.

All of a sudden she would be WAY MORE viable in low elo.

Its like they leave the hard part, and nerf the easy part, therefor only making it more likely to only be viable in pro play.
