Teemo update

Recently, Riot has been trying to give Teemo a little buff or update. The last update got squashed but even this new update, http://www.surrenderat20.net/2019/08/red-post-collection-qgt-august-30-917.html?m=1 , did not address one Teemo's major issues, his W - Move Quick. This is Teemo's only survivability skill as a solo laner (sweeper hard counters shrooms). Yet, it does not have one of the most essential parts of a movement skill with both an active and passive, debuff removal. I'm not talking about cc, I'm referring to the passive Move Quick debuff which stops after champion and turret damage. There is no reason for the active to not refresh the passive, it should have always been part of the kit. Even Miss Fortune W - Strut has it. This wouldn't even be a buff, it would just be adding something that was clearly forgotten.
