Can't Complete a series

So, I'm currently Gold V, but I was Gold III a couple weeks ago. I went on a huge losing streak which got me to Gold V. I've been in promos for Gold V like 4-5 times now I go on a win streak to promos, then lose the next two games in a row. I carry my games that I'm not in promos, but when I play in my promos my team feeds. I don't overthink or get nervous. I want to break this curse soon hopefully. I don't play the most common in meta op champs, so I don't know if that is a factor. I mainly play riven, but I'm not bad with her at all. I can win lane get fed and all that, but by the time I do the enemy Vayne has 10 kills destroying my Jhin or my fizz is feeding a mid lane lux. There is no opportunities for a good tp especially when they are fed. Any tips? (To win I don't need a guide.) I'm not tilted either. Whenever I lose a game I think about what I could have done better and most of the time it's not my fault.

your best bet is to find a duo/dynamic group. Find solid players. I feel like solo queueing has more of a chance to get people that are overall bad :/

OK I might try some duo. I don't know why, but I prefer to play solo. My last promo game I had a 4 man ( I was by myself) I wasn't aware until I analyzed the match.

I Solo'd a lot last season, and a good handful of this season. I think I started duoing 10 games ago? You can see my team's overall deaths get way less. It helps that we're also in a voice comms of some sort, and we say "Okay we're going in.", "Coming for a gank." etc

Sounds great I'll use Curse Voice. I've heard it's good.

I'm so-so about curse, but I am extremely biased towards skype.

If you're LF some tips, I have a buddy system in place on the TEam Recruitment forums, where you can find someone to give tips/advice on your respective role.

FInd solid players? Easier said than done. And what is the OP talking about? He's in Gold. I wish I was there.

It's actually not. I've met an abunance of really solid players. Try going to the Team Recruitment boards and you'll find someone.

It's also good if you just get all around tips/advice on how to improve.

P.s., gold is still a cancer elo. @_@ They're all cancer elos.

FInding them is hard, getting to play at the same time you do is even harder.

You can continue making excuses, or take advice. I advised you to go to Team Recruit, and you'll find someone. If not a solo player, maybe a ranked 5s team.

I met all my friends through that, and we've all known eachother a long time, know our play styles, and have all individually improved.

Make a post, tell people your availability, and find someone.

Don't ever mention you're doing promo. Pretend your lp is low so trolls would lose interest in you. On a side note, as you said you're carrying ur games normally and lose when you're doing promo. Heck, your situation is my ideal. I'd stomp hard and have fun at it when I play, then when system's trying to get me to play with scary players I'd lose and be placed back to where I felt comfortable with summoner 31

Thanks for the advice. I'll just have fun with it and try to get comfortable.

I have made several, maybe 20 friends request and how many games have I played in the last week with these 20+ friend requests. 2. Keep in mind I have posted 5 to 6 times about this.

Maybe you have better luck but just because it worked for you, doesn't mean it can for me. You need realize that maybe my "excuse" is a reason and it's vaild and proven. Stop crapping on other people's opinion. Just because you got lucky and found those friends doesn't mean everyone else can. You don't know everyone nor do you have numbers to bear that out.
