I have no clue why this seems to be the case for some fps issues, (its affecting my friend now too) but by moving my mouse i can get my frames down to 7 if i try. And normal mouse movement seems to tank it by anywhere from between 50-100. I hope this gets fixed soon, i cant play this if every time i try to move i stutter.
