Please bring back Team Builder for those of us under level 25

Riot, first, thanks for making an incredible game. It is a blast!

I miss Team Builder. I am level 14 right now, and I think I have a pretty good grasp on the game. I started using the team builder a few months ago and really enjoyed it and had some really fun games on it. Then a few weeks ago it disappeared and that made it less fun. I still enjoy the game, but it was significantly more fun with team builder.

Please bring it back, or at least explain to us why you took it away.
