Lets have an actual discussion on how to fix this game.
See title. Sorry for the wall of text in advance, but this isn't a subject that can be easily discussed without a LOT of information. Just for a bit of context, I've been playing on N.A. since around the release of Yasuo. I've mained every role, except support, and I've played a lot of champs to mastery 5 on several accounts that I've either lost passwords too or given to family that wanted to join the game. I plan on accounting for every champion in this list, and having some ideas to nerf/buff them to make them more balanced or fair to play against. I am not planning on including any numbers in this post. If I miss anything, or if I have an idea that is fucking retarded, please, let me know so we can work through this together. All champs are organized in alphabetical order. Without further ado, let us begin.
Aatrox: I feel like Aatrox is in a fairly good state rn. He does damage, yes, but it requires him to hit a fairly easy-to-dodge skillshot. Maybe some number tweaks regarding his ultimate are in order, but for right now, he seems alright. Ahri: Pretty simple IMO, make her charm a little bit slower and compensate by making her ult a little harder hitting. Akali: Remove True Stealth. It's a mechanic that dissuades counterplay, especially since she can lengthen the duration of the shroud by entering and leaving it, which leads to less counterplay. Other than that, maybe make it so if she gets hit by AOE while in shroud, she takes more damage? This would help deal with her overall safety in lane. Alistar: Seems to be alright rn, maybe buff his resistances a little bit or buff is heal. Amumu: Buff his mana costs. Make his q a little easier to hit. To compensate, nerf his ult CC time. Anivia: Nerf her ult slow, compensate by buffing her E damage. Also, remove her ability to instantly stun with her Q. Ashe: Buff her w. Maybe reduce her ult timer, but if you do, nerf the damage it does. Aurelion Sol: Buff his W. Or, alternatively, buff the passive stars damage and nerf his e. Azir: I'm not sure about Azir. There is a reason he and Kalista have a whole design philosophy around them that is basically, nerf until only the pros can use him consistently. Maybe buff his ult, and nerf his q to reduce his poke in lane? Not sure.
Bard: Seems to be in a good place right now. Maybe buff his heal and nerf meep XP to help prevent him from being able to roam around for free with ult and stuns. Blitzcrank: Nerf the range on his hook/make the hook slower, compensate for more damage. Maybe make it if he misses hook, he is self stunned for .5-.75 seconds to make the hook less risk-free. Brand: Nerf his Q range and damage. Also, reduce his passive damage.
Caitlyn: Nerf her traps (maybe reduce headshot damage on them?) and buff her ult. This way she is less of a zoning ADC and more of a clean up ADC. Camille: Nerf her true damage on her Q and slow her second E proc, compensate by buffing E damage and maybe giving her ult some serious damage buffs? Perhaps nerfing her E CD would help make the champ less risk free as well. Cassiopeia: Rework her passive. Right now, she gives up early MPen and cannot roam efficiently early, so maybe give her passive a MPen per level scaling? Other than that, nerf her W and compensate with a damage buff to Q. Cho'Gath: Seems to be in a good spot right now, maybe make his w a little easier to hit but in return remove one E proc/reduce the slow on E. Corki: Increase his package damage, compensate by nerfing his Q/W scaling a little bit. Maybe his his passive numbers a little, it would help if there was an easy way to itemize against him.
Darius: Nerf his E shred, and make it so his ult can't reset at its first rank. This allows ganks to be a little bit safer against him. Dr. Mundo: Nerf his ult regen a little, maybe make it so his W deals a percentage of his health that scales with how long it is active? Right now it is a stat check that has little reason to be turned off lategame. Draven: Nerf his Q ratios. Maybe compensate for increasing his W movement speed to make it easier to catch/maintain axes?
Ekko: Seems to be in a good spot right now, maybe nerf his ult healing and buff it's damage? Elise: Make her E easier to hit, and nerf her Ult CD. Evelynn: Nerf her invisibility. Make pink wards reveal her when she walks by. Maybe nerf her W CC duration, and compensate by buffing her Q? Ezreal: IMO, in a pretty good spot rn.
Fiora: Is in an alright spot right now, maybe nerf her W CD and buff her Q cd if she doesn't hit anything? Fizz: Nerf his E cd+damage, compensate by giving his Ult MPen? The main reason nobody enjoys playing against him is his mobility, so maybe rework his passive?
Galio: Seems to be in a good spot right now, maybe slightly nerf the resistances on his ult? Gangplank: Revert his Q mana costs. Right now, with his poke being unsustainable, he should go back to trying to hard farm to get to lake game, kinda like a Nasus. Maybe give him a refund on mana from q if it kills a minion? Garen: He is in a good spot right now, but should have to chose between being tanky and dealing damage. Maybe make it so his W cant be activated during his E? Alternatively, nerf his E scaling, but make it so his Q marks the target to take more damage from E/Ult. Gnar: Nerf his W slow, and nerf his mini-form range. Compensate by buffing his mega form resistances and attack. Graves: Honestly, with the way his kit is RN, coupled with the fact that I personally hate Graves, there isn't much I can think of to bring him in line. Maybe make it so that all nerfs to items based on range are doubled against Graves? Any thoughts are appreciated.
Hecarim: Nerf his E movement speed, compensate by increasing his ult damage. Maybe nerf his resistances as well, since his first clear seems really healthy. Heimerdinger: Nerf his Q range/mana costs. Maybe make it so turrets can't target a champion unless there are no minions around or Heimer hits W/E.
Illaoi: As much as I hate her, she is in a fairly balanced spot right now. Maybe make her E scale with her level, instead of how many levels are in the ability? This would prevent her from maxing E and using one ability to get essentially free poke earlygame at very little downside. Irelia: Nerf her Q mana costs or nerf her e CD. Maybe make it so that her ult deals less damage on hit. Also, reduce her W damage reduction at the beginning so that you can't just use it as a strictly worse Fiora repost, and buff the damage at the end of the channel to justify self-stunning for close to 1.5 seconds. Ivern: Not sure how to fix this guy. Maybe nerf his shield while buffing his Q damage and speed?
Jarvin IV: Buff his w shielding, nerf his ult damage. Maybe reduce his ult CD, but reduce the time that the walls are up. Jax: IMO, Jax needs a full rework. His kit is pretty simple, and a lot of it is just stat-checking, with little counterplay. Maybe for right now, nerf his Q range, CD and damage to make it harder to get on somebody? Also, maybe nerf his movement speed? Jayce: Nerf his ranged form, probably in EQ damage, and buff his melee form. Maybe nerf his E knockback while buffing his W mana regen and damage? Jhin: Seems to be in a good spot rn, maybe nerf his 4th shot damage, and buff his movement speed and ult damage. Jinx: Also in a good spot, maybe nerf her W slow duration.
Kai'Sa: Remove her invisibility. Nerf her Q damage, and buff her W damage. Maybe make her W scale with distance? Karma: Buff her shield and its CD. Maybe buff her Q damage and nerf her W? Karthus: Nerf his ult. Either its damage or its CD, right now it is a little too safe, especially when it is for free. Maybe make his passive more like a Sion passive, where you can damage it to make it disappear faster. Kassadin: Nerf his ult damage, maybe buff his ult mana costs/W mana regen. Maybe nerf his armor so he can't try to take an AD champ like he would an AP champ? He's pretty specifically an anti-mage, which is why I like this idea. Katarina: Nerf her E range. Other than that, shes just annoying when she is spamming her abilities in a fight, so maybe nerf her passive resets. Kayle: Also in a desperate need of a rework, doesn't have much counterplay with her ult up. Maybe nerf its mana costs and its CD, or make it where she can resurrect a dead champion at 1/4 hp and 1/4 mana. Kayn: His base form is pretty balanced. For Rhaast, nerf his W CD/Mana costs, and nerf his ult healing. For Assassin Kayne, nerf his w speed and damage. Kha'Zix: Nerf his Q damage when not alone. Maybe buff his ult upgrades to E/W to compensate. Kindred: Nerf her range early, make it so she can chose which side her jg passive spawns on. Maybe nerf her E damage scaling, or her Q cd while in the W field during lategame. Kled: Buff his W damage, nerf his E/Q range. Maybe nerf his ult shield/MS and make it harder to regain Skarl. Kog'Maw: Nerf his resistances or HP. Maybe buff his Q armor shred.
LeBlanc: Nerf her W. Maybe make it if she QW's, she can't go back to her with her W. Otherwise, nerf her Q damage and make it so she can't proc Q by itself. Lee Sin: IMO in a good spot rn. Maybe nerf his Q damage and buff his ult damage? Lissandra: This can go two ways. Either buff her damage and nerf her resistances or nerf her damage and buff resistances, depending on weather she wants to play in top or mid. Maybe nerf her Ult range? Lucian: Nerf his ult damage, compensate by making it so it shreds armor? Other than that, make his second passive shot deal less damage, and nerf his E by giving it a mana cost at level 5. Lulu: Nerf her shield and poly CD. Maybe compensate by having her ult give resistances. Lux: Nerf her Q speed and buff the range. Nerf the E field size, buff her passive. Nerf her AA range to make procing her passive a little more dangerous early.
Malphite: Remove his armor ratios. If he wants to deal damage, fine, but he should be forced to build squishy to do so. Malzahar: IMO in a good spot RN. I would maybe nerf his Ult duration and mana cost, and buff its damage. Master Yi: Maybe nerf his Ult CD, duration, and movement speed. Also, maybe nerf his E true damage, and compensate by buffing his W and E passive AD boost. Miss Fortune: Remove her Q crit, compensate by buffing her ult damage. Maybe make it so her E shreds armor? Mordekaiser: Not sure, also needs a rework fairly desperately. Morgana: Nerf the Q range, also, make it so she can't Zhonyas during her ult. Compensate by buffing her W damage and maybe buff her shield duration by nerfing its mana cost.
Nami: Buff her heal, nerf her Q damage and mana cost. Maybe buff her ult with a damage boost and buff the mana cost as well? Nasus: Make his Q not apply lifesteal. Also, maybe nerf his W duration. Nidalee: Buff her Q range and damage, nerf the speed. Other than that, nerf melee Q range. Nocturne: Nerf his E range, buff his shield. Maybe nerf his ult by making it so you can see him on the minimap? Nunu & Willump: Nerf his Q damage or reduce Q healing when he bites a champion. Nerf his E damage. Nerf his ult shield, and buff his ult damage.
Olaf: Buff his resistances, nerf his Q damage, slow, and mana costs. Maybe reduce his E true damage at early levels, or make it cost more HP early. Orianna: In a pretty good spot rn, maybe buff her W damage and nerf its slow. Ornn: Fix that stupid infinite money bug. Buff his resistances, nerf his damage on W and ult.
Poppy: Buff her resistances, revert her ult changes. Pyke: There is a lot of ways we can go with him. He doesn't need a Kench grey health passive, so remove that. Maybe nerf his movement speed, and make his E unable to stun more than 1 champion. I also don't think it is necessary for his ult to reset on kill. Maybe also nerf his Q slow and buff the damage?
Quinn: Nerf her range, and make it so you can dodge her E by flashing or dashing. Other than that, maybe buff her damage and nerf her q range and buff it's damage?
Rakan: Maybe buff his Q healing, while nerfing his ult damage an charm duration? Rammus: Buff his armor, and nerf his W damage to champions. Maybe buff his ult damage and nerf his ult slow? Rek'Sai: Buff her Q speed when burrowed, and buff her damage on ult. Rengar: Nerf his W healing, but buff it when he is using it with full fury. Nerf his bush range as well. Compensate by buffing his ult MS and E damage. Riven: Riven is in a fairly balanced spot IMO, maybe nerf her w range and buff its damage? Also, nerf her E CD, but increase its scaling. Rumble: Nerf his q damage. Maybe make it deal more damage when it is hitting ONLY champions? Nerf his W shield as well. Compensate by buffing his ult damage. Ryze: Maybe increase his mana costs early? I'm not sure on what to do with Ryze.
Sejuani: Buff her resistances, nerf her w range and damage. Shaco: Nerf his Q scaling, and buff his boxes damage while nerfing their fear duration. Shyvana: Maybe have her deal more damage to epic monsters (Dragon, baron,etc.), and nerfing her damage to champions by nerfing her Q damage/CD. Singed: Nerf his resistances early, and make them scale better throughout the game. Also, maybe nerf his HPregen early, to make it harder for him to trade whilst in lane. Sona: In a good spot RN, maybe nerf her Q range and buff her E speed up? Sion: Make it so his passive cannot use on-hit effects after death. Other than that, FIX HIS GODDAMN Q HITBOX! Maybe buff full charge q damage in compensation for nerfing his spam q damage. Sivir: Pretty balanced RN IMO. Skarner: IMO, needs another full rework. Maybe buff his ult range and give him a self-slow while using it? Swain: Nerf his mana costs and range, while buffing his damage on Q and E. Maybe nerf his ult healing and make it so Zhonyas cancels the ult. Syndra: Nerf her W range, and buff her E damage. Maybe nerf her Q range as well.
Tahm Kench: Nerf or remove his scaling health damage. Same general argument as Malphite, except it regards HP. Maybe buff his ult speed? Taliyah: IMO, in a good spot RN. Talon: Buff his crit q damage, nerf the range on his W. Maybe increase the mana cost as well to make it less spammy? Taric: Buff his resistances, nerf his ult duration. Maybe buff his q heal and CD, and compensate by increasing the mana cost? Thresh: Nerf his ult slow, compensate by buffing his W range/CD? Tristana: Nerf her E damage on champions, and nerf her W range, but compensate by reducing W mana cost and CD. Trundle: Nerf his pillar slow, buff his Ult stat steal maybe? Tryndamere: Another champ that pretty much needs a full rework. Maybe nerf his W slow and CD? Also, make it so he can't AA while being dealt damage at 1 hp from his ult. Twisted Fate: In a pretty good spot RN, nerf his aa range and buff his ult range while also nerfing its speed and mana cost? Twitch: Nerf his invisibility MS. Nerf his ult range as well, or remove the ability for his AA's to pierce.
Urgot: Nerf his ult range and nerf his W shield. Maybe have his ult have an execution range as well.
Varus: Buff his W damage, nerf his ult CD and buff his E slow as well. Vayne: Nerf her Q range and damage, and nerf her attack speed as well. Maybe nerf her ult duration as well. Veigar: Nerf his Q scaling, and nerf his E range. Maybe buff his W damage scaling to compensate. Vel'Koz: Not sure, never had much experience on Vel. Vi: Nerf her Q range, Buff her ult damage.. Maybe buff CD on E and reduce W damage? Vladimir: Reduce healing early on minions, maybe have it scale with levels on Q? Other than that, in a pretty good spot rn. Maybe reduce W movement speed buff. Volibear: Nerf his passive healing early, and remove his fucking hp scaling on W. Again, you shouldn't be able to deal damage building only tank items.
Warwick: In a good spot RN IMO, maybe reduce his attack speed early without his W passive? Wukong: Nerf his Q range, buff his Ult damage. Nerf Ult duration.
Xayah: Nerf her aa range a little, and make it so she can't move during her ult. Xerath: Nerf his Q and E ranges and make them a little slower to come out. To compensate, buff W and Ult damage.
Yasuo: Nerf his E range and increase the CD on his E. Other than that, nerf his passive shield. Yorick: IMO in a good spot rn. Maybe nerf his wall HP?
Zac: Increase his HP, nerf his damage on his Q and W. Compensate by buffing his healing from blobs. Zed: Nerf his q damage and his W range. Maybe have only one shadow available at a time for abilities? Ziggs: Nerf his range on Q, and nerf the HP Threshold on tower killing with his W. Maybe make it so it has to be the same HP as 3 AA's from Ziggs? Zilean: Nerf his slow, and nerf his ult cd. Compensate by buffing his Q damage.
Phew. That took a while. Again, all of these are my opinions, and I would greatly appreciate it if you guys gave me your opinions on what changes can/should be made. I know the boards have a reputation for being toxic and circlejerky, but I ask that all discussion be as productive and kind as possible. EDIT: all cases with the word "Maybe" are simply ideas that I am fairly unsure of. I will go back and edit as many of those out as I possibly can.

back to her reworked state, she was only broken before her hotfix
pounce only has incremental resets on jungle camps and not when poucing to hunted champion or when killing a unit with pounce. ( give those back her full 70%), give her traps 8% +1% per 50 ap % hp magic damage, revert her kitty cooldowns to 5 seconds. make traps root scuttle crab and ONLY scuttle crab
stupid passive and W change, she isn't a jungler
and the other actives
make his windwall one direction only and thin. give his dash a 2 second cooldown, but remove the blocker that lets him not target the same minion more than once
remove stop him from devouring his teammates outside of his ultimate.
( idk how to actually balance him, all i know this this needs to go, so if u have idea on now to buff him after this i removed be my guest)
give him a real passive
make it so u can still detonate your W under hard CC. ( same with other timed but detonate-able ground effects like
E and
barrels)
remove the free armor pen from his spin, give it something else
give him his old kit back
fix his W hitbox visual to actually match
an AP item
damage reduction to 15%. (this actually may not be needed if get masteries back but its not healthy anyways)
bring her back to her original form before her stupid jungle introduction
