Every time i open league client my rune pages are deleted

Every time i open league client the "start your season 9 rank journey message pops up" ( although i have 200 ranked games this season) and my runes aren't there, i am asked to re-do them over and over (its happening for a week now) also my fav champions are not highlighted anymore and have to re do those too.

This forces me to keep my game and lap top open all day & night, but my lap top is not as good to stay in such state :/ Please help me find a solution for this. Thanks
