Has Riot ever announced what they're planning for those who own all the champions in league to do with their champion shards? Also how long after the champion is released on the store should you wait to re-roll 3 champ shards to get it?
Yeah you can use champ shards to unlock mastery 6 and 7. It's on pbe currently.
Blue essence/champion shards will be used in unlocked mastery levels 6 and 7 (combined with mastery tokens from getting S ranks on the champions) so that's a start, but they've expressed they still want to do more for those with everything, although they haven't specified what.
I've heard that as soon as it's available in the store it should be possible from hextech crafting, but it'd probably be best to wait a couple days to be safe.
