Percentages in Tooltips

I personally think that all percentages in tooltips pertaining to damage, such as Shyvana's W, Burnout, where it states that it deals 20% increased damage to monsters should instead list the actual damage. Like at first rank Burnout does 20 damage per tick, it should say it deals 25 damage to monsters(the 20% increase). This would make it easier to read this and other tooltips and make it not seem so complicated to people.
