NA servers moved to Chicago,we all know that.And I am really confused about one thing.Ping to be specific.I am from Europe and i said to myself :nice,servers moving closer to Europe so I can play with better ping now when it's closer right ? Or not ? I had 180 ping when it was in LA but now 196 ping,how is that possible ? :D I really am not computer expert so please,can you explain ?

Maybe he does have an na account but you have to visit all contingencies.

Alot of people fail to remember that Riot specifically targeted NORTH AMERICAN players to better connect to the NORTH AMERICAN server.
General Esdeath 1 votesMagic. Also depends on the provider. They might be using bad equipment in Chicago and it's taking longer to transfer data to you.
