Tribunal / afk system

I'm probably not the only one who will talk about this but we reallly need to do somthing about this. No one is scared of the tribunal. ppl are raging, trollin, losing game on purpose, afk and they are not scared to do so because they already done those things 1000 times but the worst thing that happened to them is a chat restriction but that changes nothing to them, they will still use those 5 time to rage on there team. I recently played a game where some one make us lose the game on purpose and we call them that we would report him if he do so 3 person in all chat told us that they had him in there last game and that he was toxic. But this guy wasn't scared of getting reported at all. He knew that it would take so much time for him to get a serious consequences he would have to get reported a crap tone of time. So he was just abusing the system flamming a lot of game in a row then when he got reported a lot start to be friendly for a while and then go back to flamming. Also can we get some tribunal cases to review I'm looking at the tribunal at least once a day now for like a month but never seen a single case. those kind of things happen so often that some ppl told me that there was no need to report those kind of person that it's normal to rage at your team when you lose... This is where we've got now, we need to do something about it.

Now let's talk about afk. the afk system is good I have almost nothing against it. I get that sometime u really need to leave a game or that random things can happen and we'll never know if the guy who afk had a good reason to do so or not. But, why the entier team have to get punished for someone who had some complication in real life. No matter if the game was a 4 v 5 or a 5 v 5 you lose the same amout of lp. I don't think that removing all lp lost is a good idea but at leaste cut that in half if you would of lost 20 lp and someone afk make us lose 10 or even 5. You can't really abuse this system because if you afk twice you'll get banned.

*Sorry if my spelling is wrong I'm french but I really had to talk about those things because they happened at least once every 2 game if it's not on your team it's on the enemy team.
