Dar. Right click him till he dies then press R.
You learn how to counter him. Champs that have no projectiles or point and click cc.
Like ever high mobility assasin in the game you need to stop them from moving if you don't believe me go ask 
she will show you how its done.

Meaning you can get 100% crit rate by just building
