[ Item Concept ] cooldown reduction ward
Hi guys.
My concept about a ward for reducing the CD 20%.
for Example, u can buy that ward and place it bot lane, the Enemy team can see it only with 
Pink ward or 
sweeping lens to remove it.
that ward gives 20% CDr for surrounding area for 
Supp and 
ADC, even the 
jungler can get 20% CDr when he gank :). BUT cant get the CDr if he stay out the ward range.
