Thresh ult change

I thought it would be really cool to change thresh's ult. I am a thresh main so I know a lot about him, and I thought that his ult we be cooler and better if his ult was like a void. It pulls people in it like a tornado. His regular skin ult would be hooks on everyone who is in the radius and the small void in the middle is pulling them in, something of that sort. His dark star skin could be the void from the gamemode you created, where it is a big void.

While ulting thresh and his teammates are able to freely move through it but any enemies in the circle will be slowed walking out and will get faster walking to the center. If they get in the center they take bonus dmg (I won't make the ratios)
