Why Stopwatch has ruined the game for me

I have played league since mid season 2 and have watched the game go through its ups and downs so I feel a little qualified to share some input on an item. Stopwatch. I have quite an impressive list of complaints with this item but lets start with outplaying. This item ruins any chance at outplaying a laner... simple as that. The item basically just takes away the last reason i still play the game, its just exciting to outplay someone pre-6. Sure you can say "oh you just suck, all you have to do is wait a couple extra seconds and kill them" first i'm plat, i was diamond season 4,5,6 so i doubt most of you reading this are better than me. Secondly the couple extra seconds can buy a jungler enough time to show up and save their teammate, which its honestly tilting to watch someone you just spent flash and/or ignite on to just walk away. so yeah fuck stopwatch. Now the second thing is how badly this item tilts people. This is a less common issue but it still has affected a few games i have been in. Basically the exact situation i stated above happens and the person dies then just tilts. Now every high elo player will say "nobody really flames in high elo" thats bullshit. Maybe not challenger and thats because they all know each other and most are too pussy to call someone out but in plat and low diamond that shit happens still. Let me just tell you im glad im not a jungler main because they get it the worst. that one tilted player usually turns into 2-3 tilted players and then the quality of the game itself is just salt. Anyways from what i have seen stopwatch has literally only negatively affected gameplay and the game for some of the veteran players (and this isnt me guessing, im friends with a lot of old diamonds and a few challengers) the game overall feels likes its dying. One of the main reason i LOVED league was it was so diverse i could do a million different build paths and still be competitive but in recent years its seems like it has been dumbed down to a few meta build paths and "runes". thats basically my rant about the current state of the game and its really the overall reason i probably wont be playing as much anymore, at least not on my main, since its probably impossible for me to stop playing this game lol. id like to hear your thoughts on the item or items you might think are currently a little strong, much appreciation for reading my rant =p
