Is it worth learning Kindred?

I had always planned to try Kindred since I started, since I fell in love with their design and lore. Plus, I wanted to learn how to jungle and I'm an ADC main so I thought an ADC jungler might be nice to try. Then the rework came and there have been mixed reactions. I heard some say it's better for Kindred, and others say it's worse for them. Now I can't decide if I want to spend 6300 ip on the pair. I'm currently thinking about buying Nidalee or Elise instead. Anyways, I want your opinion and to discuss if it's worth learning them or not, and why. Thank you in advance!

do you want to learn the champ cuz you like the idea/concept of the champ? or you looking for champs to just to climb "elo"

I'd like to learn Kindred because I love their design and lore. I don't play ranked yet either

Every champion is worth learning in my opinion that way you also learn how to play against them.

Nidalee and Elise imo are both extremely difficult champions, but if you learn them they can be pretty darn good. Nidalee in particular always tends to find a way to be relevant in some way. But if you love the theme / kit i would go for it!

Kindred REALLY needs their team to provide a frontline for them. Going to be difficult in solo queue, but I can see dedicated teams working a viable comp for them
