A Nautilus Rework

Nautilus Nautilus has been released for quite some time, and without any major changes, so I'm suggesting a rework idea for him. Passive- Nautilus gains passive armor and magic resistance when he has his anchor. When he doesn't have his anchor he will instead gain a small increase of movement speed. Q- Nautilus' anchor will land if he missed an enemy and be stuck to the ground. He could activate q again to immediately pull himself to where the anchor is or he could walk up to it and pick it up. It will stay there until the q ability can be activated again. When it remains it in the ground or wall, it cannot be targeted, it will be similar to an Olaf axe. As long as the anchor is in the ground, Nautilus cannot leave the area by moving. It will literally anchor him to the area. If he would be hit by something that would knock him away, say a Poppy ultimate, he would not travel the full distance, but stay inside the area where he's anchored to.(Even if Skarner uses his ultimate on Nautilus, Skarner will not be able to pull Nautilus out of the range.) Nautilus can only leave this area when he picks up the anchor, the anchor is returned to him after the cool down timer, or Nautilus uses teleport or recall to base. (Basically a self-inflicted Camille ultimate) W- When Nautilus has his anchor, he can empower his next auto attack, dealing extra damage, which scales with bonus health, to the target. When Nautilus does NOT have his anchor, he gains a shield, scaling with bonus armor, and is immune to the next crowd control ability that hits him. E- Nautilus stomps into the ground, causing a pillar of water (About 4-5 Teemos across) to quickly erupt from below. All enemies hit in the very center are knocked up into the air and dealt damage scaling with ability power when they land. If they weren't hit in the center, they will just be knocked back. (Like a Trundle pillar.) In either case they will be stunned for a fraction of a second after they land. R- Nautilus will shatter the earth beneath him, dealing a massive amount of damage (The base amount will be small, but it scales really well with ability power) to the surrounding enemies. (Range would be slightly bigger than a Rammus ultimate) The enemies will then be slowed as long as they are within this area. After a few seconds, the shattered ground will erupt and knock all enemies inside it up and be dealt the same amount of damage as before.

Pantheon came out in 2010 with little to no changes(not including nerfs/buffs) since then.

Nautilus is still really good and doesn't really need to be changed in any sense. He can still top/support with no issues.

Considering the 4th candidate for the Vanguard Update hasn't been announced, it's theorized that Nautilus here could BE that 4th champion. However, nothing has been confirmed or denied by Riot about him yet, so we'll have to wait and see.

IMO, Naut is fine (An L6, L7 in the process Champ Mastery player talking here) and doesn't really need any changes.

I feel that Yasuo and Nautilus would graduate from acquaintances to best friends.

Cool idea for a q ability but maybe it would be better to make a whole new champion with this concept... maybe a mobile ad fighter that heavily relies on positioning.

As a level 7 Nautilus main I have to say I still like him a lot despite continuous nerfs plus his only purpose mid to late game being a Cc bot and peeling for carries. But a mini rework or at least a VFX update would be much appreciated. Thanks.
