Fix Normal MMR matchmaking

YO! I don't care about you trying make my winrate 50/50, But fix this , Make it like ranked.

You know how disgusting it is when you try a new champion in normals and all of a sudden you see a Bronze 5, Bronze 3 a Bronze 1, 1 plat and me on my team and the other team is full of plats and golds and at the end of the game you see how the enemy Vayne did 60k damage while your bronze 5 ashe did 6k and your bronze 3 jax keeps pushing top even tho the Fiora is constantly waiting for him, Hiding in a bush, Boosting her KDA. No its not balanced, It is just the system telling you to sod off, You're losing this one.

How about you put against better players with better players of my own makes sense huh? And then when i start losing after raising my mmr a certain level, Then will i reach my skill level and my winrate will start dropping.
