What I think Veigar's event horizon should do.
Viegar- event horizon- Proposed change: The event horizon takes longer to form. As the dark obelisks slowly rise from the ground It creates an area that slows enemies starting at a 1% penalty, and steadily increasing to 50% over the course of 1.5 seconds, at this point the singularity is complete and enemies who begin in, or move into the area of effect are pulled into the center and have their movement speed reduced by 99% until the event horizon disappears 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 later. Enemy projectiles that pass through the completed singularity are destroyed.
I think that this effect fits the name of the ability better than the current one. The increased delay should balance out with the powerful effect, while the slowly rising obelisks reflect the ominous nature of the spell. Any balance issues I'm overlooking? What do you think about this, Riot?
